Master Shifu is one of the main supporting characters of the Kung Fu Panda franchise. He is the current senior master of the Jade Palace and trainer of many kung fu warriors, including Po (the Dragon Warrior), the Furious Five, and Tai Lung.

Master is very important when a student come to a new field which help him or her to avoid mistake and also become very professional.

There is a leading master, there is a good student.

In Kingkar company, we also have master cultures. New employee start off as an apprentice and worked their way up.
